Bill Kamenjarin is well known for settling Court and private disputes quickly, and also resolving disputes through mediation or arbitration, even before a lawsuit has been filed with the courts.

He has mediated complicated multi-party disputes in many different areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, commercial disputes, transactional law, real estate, catastrophic personal injuries, labor and employment disputes, and assorted tort matters.

For over thirty years, Bill has successfully represented individuals and business entities – as both plaintiffs and defendants - in state and federal courts. He also has varied transactional and commercial experience, representing individuals and corporations. With this diverse background and experience, Bill Kamenjarin is extremely well qualified to solve problems and settle cases, with very difficult and challenging issues.

Bill is on the Superior Court panel for mediators, the Superior Court panel for arbitrators, has a Martindale-Hubbell rating for his abilities and ethics, and has been chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the North County Bar Association of San Diego for many years.
