A transactional and trial attorney for over thirty years, Bill Kamenjarin offers the unique benefit of diverse and varied legal experience. As a transactional attorney, he has drafted and negotiated contracts and agreements in a wide variety of substantive areas.

As a trial attorney, Bill has arbitrated and tried hundreds of case to conclusion. He has handled cases in an assortment of areas, including business and commercial disputes, labor and employment, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, real estate, and various tort cases.

Bill Kamenjarin is admitted to practice before the state trial and appellate courts, federal district courts, and the United States Supreme Court. (He has the rare distinction of never losing a case on appeal, and always being the winning respondent.)

His goal has always been to resolve disputes, through trial or settlement, as promptly, effectively, and cost efficiently as possible for the best interests of his clients.

He has been appointed by the Superior Court of the State of California as an arbitrator and mediator in both the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Programs.

Bill Kamenjarin has been rated by Martindale-Hubbel for his abilities and ethics, is a Master and officer of the American Inns of Court, and is a past president of the North County Bar Association of San Diego County.
